Magic company or Company with Magic?

Not too many companies have the ability nowadays to be magic companies in a sense that they offer all the time innovative and creative products delivering value and exceed customer expectations that create and maintain a fanatic and loyal audience.

Have you ever been on a magic show?  Probably yes. And you were amazed with the show and the magic tricks that you left the place ecstatic or at least with a sense that you had a great time and you would like to repeat it. So what does a magician do to keep his audience coming back and want more?

Apart from delivering a great show full of surprises and thrill  every successful magician that respects himself and the audience does one important thing, that is to add new tricks on his repertoire  otherwise who would pay again and again to see the same show or the same tricks? The same outcome that’s not thrilling anymore after a couple of times? Where would the magic be on that?

Now have a look at your company. How do you keep your customers coming back for more? How do you positively surprise them when they come back? How do you keep them loyal? If you are still doing the same things like last year in a so dynamic and changing environment you're probably becoming so damn boring that customers can find no reason to come back!

So I urge you. Can you offer some magic? Can you offer new products or services to keep customers loyal? What about your staff? Are they learning new ways to attract, engage and build relationships with clients?

You don't have to be Apple and you don't necessarily have to be a magic company, but a company with Magic? That I bet you can be if you try!!
